Eira Lynn Jones commissioned Time Spinner in memory of Helen MacLeod, her former student, friend and colleague.

The 3 sections represent her beautiful soul, her infectious smile and her zest for life. Eira gave the first performance at the Edinburgh International Harp Festival in 2019, and it was recorded on her album Forgotten Dreams.
